By accessing, registering on, or using the European Skills Academy (ESA) platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and learners. If you are using our platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

The Academy specializes in professional skills validation, assessment, and certification designed to support career development across Europe and GCC countries.
The Academy provides professional experience evaluation, online examinations, digital certificate issuance, physical certificate delivery by mail, and a secure digital verification system that allows instant authentication of issued certificates.
Certificates issued by the Academy are professional certifications granted by a private European institution and are designed to enhance professional profiles and support employment opportunities across multiple sectors in Europe and GCC countries.
Certificates do not constitute governmental licenses, state-issued diplomas, or automatic authorization to practice regulated professions. Certain professions may require additional governmental or regulatory approvals depending on local laws, and users are solely responsible for verifying legal requirements in their country before practicing any profession.
By registering and completing payment, the user confirms that all submitted information and uploaded documents are accurate, authentic, and legally obtained.
The user bears full legal responsibility for all provided materials. The Academy reserves the right to revoke any certificate in cases of fraud, falsification, or misleading information without compensation.
Examinations are conducted online through the official Academy platform. In case of failure, users are entitled to unlimited free retakes without additional fees.
The use of artificial intelligence tools during examinations, third-party assistance, impersonation, system manipulation, or sharing examination content is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in disqualification, account suspension, certificate revocation, and permanent platform restriction when necessary.
Due to the digital, immediate, and customized nature of the service, all payments are final and non-refundable.
By completing payment, the user expressly agrees that the service begins immediately, that access to the examination platform is granted without delay, and that the statutory withdrawal right applicable to digital services delivered instantly is waived once access has been provided.
Failure in the examination does not qualify for a refund, as unlimited free retakes are provided instead.
The Academy does not guarantee employment, specific salary levels, acceptance of the certificate by any particular institution, or any immigration or residency outcomes.
The maximum liability of the Academy shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ESA regarding your use of our services. ESA reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice.
